WPN successfully carried out the feasibility study of three municipalities and paved way for the municipalities to build and operate waste to energy projects using the municipal solid waste.

WindPower Nepal conducted “Feasibility Study for Upgradation of Solar Mini-grid Projects in Harkkapur, Okhaldhunga District and Bhorleni, Makwanpur District- a 31 kWp PV mini-grid system along with a 40KVA diesel genset at Harkapur and a hybrid 25 kWp PV-Wind mini-grid system in Bhorleni” for Renewable Energy for Rural Livelihood (GoN/AEPC).

WPN undertook the task of design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of 60m Wind Met Mast Systems at two locations (Hoksekot Rural Municipality Ward No-5, Rudrapur Dhaubadi Danda, Nawalparasi District and Gharapjhong Rural Municipality Ward No-2, Marpha, Mustang District).

WPN had successfully conducted the “Feasibility Study for Waste to Energy Projects in Birtamod Municipality, Bhadrapur Municipality, Damak Municipality and Hetauda Sub Metropolitan City” for the Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC).  

WPN had carried out a feasibility study to assess the solar PV power generation potential at the International Mountain Museum (IMM) in Pokhara.
